We stopped off at I Sapori della Valle for dinner and didn’t know what to expect. What we got was a really lovely, memorable meal. The hosts do almost everything themselves so be patient - and its worth it, they were warm and welcoming, and the set menu was simple, quality and delicious (special mention for the ravioli and tiramisu!)

Amazing Restaurant with incredible local foods, and owners were especially hospitable and very accommodating. We were a group of five and having a birthday celebration. The service and timing of the dishes was perfect. We would highly recommend for anyone in the area.

We dined here two weeks ago with a lunch based on local ingredients. Grilled vegetables, stuffed zucchini flowers, local cheeses, fresh farro salad. Then pasta Papalina, and again one with eggplants and fresh tomatoes. To finish a local steak, arrosticini, and a homemade figs tart. Plenty of delicious local wine. Great food, great prices, great ambiance and super friendly proprietors. Highly recommended.

Ho mangiato qui insieme a mio marito, abbiamo diviso un antipasto della casa a dir poco fantastico caratterizzato da cibo fresco e piatti differenti dal solito antipasto ( melone, prosciutto e fichi, caponata, parmigiana di melanzane, verdure grigliate, fiore di zucca pastellato, etc), a seguire abbiamo diviso un piatto di gnocchi fatti in casa con zucchine e zafferano davvero delicati. Il tutto accompagnato da un ottimo vino bianco (Pecorino locale). E per finire una variante del Tiramisù a base di Limone.
Servizio ottimo e personale super gentile.

I ate here with my husband. We shared a fantastic house antipasto, featuring fresh food and dishes that were a departure from the usual appetizers (melon, prosciutto, and figs, caponata, eggplant parmigiana, grilled vegetables, battered zucchini blossoms, etc.). We then shared a plate of truly delicate homemade gnocchi with zucchini and saffron. All accompanied by an excellent white wine (local Pecorino). And to finish, a lemon-based tiramisu twist. Dopo la visita alle grotte di stiffe ci siamo fermati ai sapori della valle, il titolare è stato molto gentile e ha cucinato appositamente per noi, in quanto eravamo gli unici clienti. Quantità abbondanti e ottima qualità degli ingredienti.
